Many of our clients have hired multiple credit repair companies to assist them in resolving foreclosure or time share collections appearing on their credit report. They usually find a low success rate in removing these items from the credit report because large institutional credit reporters answer their disputes and the system’s requirements for validation is very low.

We have found that the best way to resolve a home foreclosure or time share foreclosure related issue is to work it out with the lender directly. We work with the lender’s attorneys or compliance department to bring about a resolution that is hopefully mutually beneficial. Often we are able to achieve the results desired without the need for filing a lawsuit saving the client time and thousands of dollars.
